MEET YOUR GUIDE
I'm a licensed mental health professional with over 12 years experience, and a holistic wellness strategist with a background in health and fitness coaching, and personal training. In addition to providing holistic therapy to individual clients, I have used my expertise in health and wellness and created the L.Y.F.E. Method; a trauma informed framework that empowers high achieving women to break free from survival mode, perfectionism, and proving their worth through performing. My unique approach blends my expertise with holistic practices such as mindfulness, whole food nutrition, and somatic movement to support full body healing that leads you into your "soft" L.Y.F.E. era.
