Our signature 4-week program is an immersive group coaching experience designed for high-achieving Black women ready to break free from perfectionism, performative healing and detox their mind and body. Through emotional, somatic, and holistic guidance you’ll unlearn survival and step into emotional and physical freedom beyond high performance. Enrollment opens soon.

This isn’t therapy. This isn’t a quick fix. This is deep, transformational coaching for the woman who’s done everything right and still feels "off."
The Emotional Freedom & Self Alignment Package is a 10-session 1:1 container designed to help high-achieving Black women:

My Approach
My approach to emotional wellness coaching is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we align the mind, body, and spirit. I support high achieving black women in releasing emotional burnout, perfectionism, and self neglect through a trauma-informed, holistic lens.​

In our sessions we focus on emotional awareness and regulation to help you feel more grounded and in control. Somatic and mindfulness practices that reconnect you to your body and intuition. Holistic habit building to recreate sustainable routines that support your peace and purpose and lifestyle guidance tailored to your personal healing journey.

Emotional Awareness & Expression– tools to help you improve self awareness and aligment.
Mind & Body Connection– practices including breath work, meditations, somatic work & REST.
