My Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded, integrative, and focused on the unique needs of high-achieving women navigating anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
In our work together, we focus on helping you understand the patterns behind your stress, increase emotional awareness, and create space to process what you’ve been carrying—often while still managing the demands of your daily life.
I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and body-based awareness practices to support meaningful, lasting change. When appropriate, we may also explore how lifestyle factors—such as rest, daily routines, and overall stress management—impact your mental and emotional well-being.
This work is not about pushing through. It’s about learning how to move through your life with more clarity, support, and self-awareness.
