The L.Y.F.E. Lounge is a sacred, healing, space for black women to focus on loving yourself fully everyday (L.Y.F.E.). The lounge offers monthly workshops and trainings, exclusive resources and content, private podcast, community support, and expert led discussions and coaching access. Here, we will release survival mode and thrive in emotional and physical freedom.
